Spousal Maintenance and Divorce: Tough Negotiations
- When a married couple divorces or separates, they must agree to a spousal maintenance arrangement to ensure that neither is left in dire financial straits. Finding a fair solution can take a lot of negotiating — and sometimes that means playing tough.
